The students of DigiPen Bilbao have created all aspects of a series of animated short films as a channel for expressing their feelings and concerns, which are also present in each component of the creation process – theme, script, storyboard, character design, sound, music and more – with a constantly visible artists’ footprint.

The 3D animation shorts “Adlib”, “25%” and “The Garden” will be screened during the workshop as examples of their work, showing how today’s young people have a socially responsible attitude and commitment to their environment.

After the screenings there will be a shared reflection process to pinpoint where this attitude can be observed in each of the shorts, in line with the goal of REbuilding a fairer world, REdefining how we relate and interact and REthinking our values systems.
